MY JOURNEY
Sue Ferguson is an accomplished registered nurse and healthcare leader with over forty years of healthcare experience.
Sue’s passion is to help individuals take ownership of their life and guide them to improve their health.
She gives hope and encouragement to others to live their healthiest and happiest life.
Through her personal healthcare journey, she learned how important self-care is in avoiding disease and aging gracefully.
In July 2021, the American Nurses Association (ANA) highlighted Sue in the Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation wellness program as the healthy nurse of the nation for that month.
This recognition validates her commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
Sue is currently enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) health coach program and will achieve certification as a Health Coach in January 2022.
In addition to her health coach training, she obtained a Doctor of Nursing practice degree from Texas Tech University in 2017.
She has also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington and a Master of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University.
Sue also holds a Nurse Executive Advanced board certification.
When Sue is not working to improve the health and wellbeing of others, she spends time enjoying her free time with her husband, Bill, and connecting with family and friends.
She is a distance runner and is active in a book club and women’s self-development group.
She is a lifelong learner and studies from internationally acclaimed health experts such as Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Dr. Deepak Chopra.
